Mullet Bay! finally some explanations
Anonymous (not verified) | Thu, 2006-03-02 10:01

After readind the summary by Mr. Veen, I must say that a whole lot has been explained and I now wonder if he has now opened a can of worms.
The foundation not registered? the so- called home owners not really home owners? the apartments really owned by a foundation? where are the persons who set up the foundation?
I do know that Mr. Kamal Alsultani passed away a few years ago.
I do know that Schepesi represents the home owners in the dispute, however with this 11 million dollar settlement, will the homeowners just want the money and forget St.Maarten? I even wonder if they knew about the settlement.
With this new information, will the court now ask for the people who set up the foundation to come forward?

Ant then I still wonder why Ansari has been so involved in Curacao lately with buying banks and insurance companies, what is his motive?
In the long end, it is the people of SXM that has suffered, looking at those eyesores for so long.
Mullet Bay is a great area, I am in favour of keeping it as it is without the dilapitated buildings.
Golf, tennis, walking, running, cycling, roller hockey, basket ball, volley ball on the beach,a play ground for kids with an ice cream stand, this can be the new Mullet Bay Park.
