The Mullet Bay saga is now 12 years and running..... so many are interested in this story it warrants a published book. Can you explain for us how trading works on the stock exchange? who benefits and in the case of Sun resorts-the former Mullet Bay resort what can/will./may/ happen in this case.

Sint Maarten cannot under any circumstances right now handle a new development for Mullet Bay with all the over development taking place around every corner. The massive over development is causing deplorable roads, construction trash everyhwre, poor infrastructure, escalating crime from too many persons residing legally and illegaly on the island with a poor functioning police and immigration control.

Pollution from construction trucks and large construction vehicules on the road during daytime. Adding more development in the form of highrises at the Mullet bay beach and taking away one of the few open accessible beaches to tourists staying at other resorts, people visitng on cruises and the general residential population will cause a upheaval to say the least. The people also want parking for their vehicules nearby the Mullet Bay beach and the people deserve every wish they may have in the Mullet Bay saga as the property owners have left the area abandonded, with building carcasses for everyone to see 12 yrs later, with dark areas that have become crime infested holes in that part of the island.
And people are still wondering why the Mullet Bay was not an issue in the last election, not even the opposing parties brought up this story. In the meantime we are honoring Mr. Ansari with permits to operate banks (Banco caribe) Insurance Companies (ENNIA) and him and his people getting involved with Isla on Curaco. Rumours have it that he has partnered with Y's former Prime Minister, Tromp head of the central bank and Judge de Lanoy.
