A letter from Robbie Ferron

On saturday in the daily herald newspaper there is a response from robbie ferron regarding the pictures posted above.
Is Mr. Ferron saying that these pictures are an exageration of pollution?
Does Budget Marine, a company owned by robbie ferron offer anti-fouling paint with copper for sale?
I wonder if Ferron has beef with the pictures because he sells these type paints and he is partly guilty for the enviornmental pollution in the Simpson Bay Lagoon.
The pictures show some type of paint pollution, could be anti-fouling, could be any other type of paint with an oily film.
