Sad state of affairs

I am astonished at what I see happening in the Lagoon, unbelievable and Sad! It is indeed strange and regretful that Commissioner Louie E. Laviest is not saying one word about this situation while the Lagoon is literally part of his back yard.
We are really progressing well!
