Children should not be punished or made to suffer for the inadequacies and failures of adults. It's really that simple. By all means, fix the damn immigration system, but in the mean time, while it's being fixed, don't leave these children on the street.
Hell, they can't even take responsibility for the children's homes, I guess it is a bit too much to expect them to do the right thing with this. The Minister of Education has said the money is available to the island too.
