You are so correct on your comment. The only way to stop it, is to stop the Government Officials lining their pockets by giving permits and tax breaks, but on everything else we always hear Support the Locals, but the Government Officials are the ones that apporve of these injustices on the Island and as so many times said, everything has to go thru the Lt. Governors office for approval, So stop fooling yourselves and root all the corruption, asidefrom all of that the Economy is not great, so who can afford those overpriced blocks of concrete,that all almost difficult to get to due to the burden of traffic.
