my apologies ref Mullet Bay.

That's what happens when I try to shorten my comments too much :).
Don't be so jittery, I agree with you on this one. I am not asking for M.B. to be rebuilt or remodeled (NOW) also.

So I have corrected my statement to what it was intended to mean.
But you know it is just a matter of time before it will happen anyway. There are present owners you know. It's just a few Court Cases away.

so I RE-QUOTE:
By the way does anyone know the story on Mullet Bay and why no investors "WERE" willing "OR OFFERED" to buy and develop it instead of "BUYING AND DEVELOPING" the other "PROJECTS". A lot of land just sitting there "THAT" could "HAVE BEEN" used to rebuild and or remodel "INSTEAD OF F.I. INDIGO BAY AND OR LOW LANDS DEVELOPMENTS". "A LOT MORE GREENERY HAS BEEN LOST BECAUSE OF THOSE DEVELOPMENTS"
RE-UNQUOTE.

Is that better ?

The heavy traffic, nasty looking lagoon and too many people are also just a matter of time once the other developments are finished. They will just be spread out all over the Island now rather than being concentrated to just the Simpson Bay and Low Lands area. Think about it, Stop lights on top Cole bay Hill and or Cape Bay ?

ADV ;(
