Mullet Bay should be left just so

remove the derelict buildings once and for all. After that, leave Mullet Bay area alone.
Why are you asking for development? with the heavy traffic, nasty looking lagoon, too many people, we really do not need Mullet Bay remodeled or rebuilt.
The open green area is a welcome sight to the sore eyes after so much ugly concrete buildings around.
What a pleasure to drive through,how many open green spaces do we have that we can drive through?
Bellevue and Mullet Bay. Thats it.
Hopefully soon, Emilio Wilson Estate will be zoned as a green nature area to enjoy a full green hill.
