Is your position advocating a an island with no further development ? If it is then you " lose "
Its going to happen, and it should, development needs control not banning.
I believe you are barking up the wrong tree.
Those who love SXM should demand that developments are tightly controlled in their quality and infastructure.
Developers will not build if there is no market to sell to, dont worry about that.
I wouldnt refer to your good self as nuts... but you are niave.
Concentrate on a developing world, including SXM , and ensure that what is allowed in SXM is top quality and as best it can be sympathetic to the envioroment.
