a new marina built behind the airport parking lot

If I read the press release, this dredging is for a new marina behind the airport parking lot?
How many people know that this marina was built by Peyton Cromwell and his partner Tod Klindworth?
How is it that VROM personnel claims they do not have paperwork for this marina? Was this marina built without permits? And what exactly is the position of PJIA on this new marina?
This marina is already built, was the recent dredging being done to make the channel deeper so that larger boats can access? or is to expand the marina and its operation?
I wonder if the Dutch government has any idea how many of these foreign developers projects connected to real estate agents are built without the relevant permits and proper advice from government agencies and environmental foundations.
And last but not least, has anyone seen the mega million dollar speed boat that P.Cromwell has on a lift at that marina?
Let us all hope that P.Cromwell is paying his taxes accordingly-after all he gave Joan Verwoord Ms B's at Dawn Beach such a hard time with her local beach bar operation, pushed her to move off the beach so that his beach villa boxes can have the beach to themselves.
The action of P.Cromwell over the years and especially how he handled the Ms.B's case, is one that reeks of the typical "Ugly American".
