One comment though on the cartoons: if you say that Theo lacks intelligence, what about all the others? Are they brainless then? Because I think he's still the brightest in there...and at least he get's the job done. He's lucky though for sxm has such a long way to go when it comes to beautification or just plainly necessary maintenance.
More Parking spaces! Yes, I love that! Oh and what are the plans for the new gov building? I heard people say that it's space was too limited? Can that be true? I just arrived here and I didn't get the chance to leaf through some papers but I did hear that there are two students from Delft...what exactly are they here for? Didn't some writer here on sxmpe mention getting help from delft before?
