the Erato family is the one who loves court rooms and they hire every lawyer under the sun , this way the opposition have no choice left!!
a pretty expensive game that is now catching up with them, the money faucet has been turned off.
they never wanted to negotiate with any one in the past, the negotiation table comes handy to them only when they are afraid they will loose.
now they know they have lost and will continue to loose , they have no more money to spend on lawyers, so far they have spent money paid by the clients to purchase their units to pay expensive lawyer's bills.
the fact that they say that units at rainbow have doubled in price is not supported by any sale at such price! the unit price is doubled only in their minds!.
considering also the very pool quality of their construction, the Rainbow Beach Club is simply a catastrophy waiting to happen.
there is no doubling of money at Rainbow but rather loosing value not only for it's own units but also for the surrounding area.
