Blame her? Maybe, it all depends on how involved she was. Hold her politically responsible? Yes, we should. Joe gave the Merrit group a finger somewhere in December 2007. The lawsuit was filed in March, 2008. All under Maria's tenure as the commissioner in charge of Telem and hubby on the board as her eyes and ears. She must know.
