Termites?...

If there were some termite then it was no need to act at 2am... It could have been done in bright daylight after inspection!
If there were termites, in 2008, we hve some very good product to destroy their colonies and the re-infroce the wood of the house by injecting directly in the boards and house structure.
He will need to find better arguments than that...
Don't you need a "demolishion permit" normally when you want to knock down a structure? I thought it was the way the law was....
