I think it rather likely that the Federal and Kingdom authorities have enough evidence to charge him with something, or at least cause his resignation. It might not be much, we don't know do we. Investigations take time and it is fairly common that further arrests follow related to one case as evidence and information is gathered and pieced together. It seems clear to me that Marsden has information and evidence to offer up, he tells us so in the interview with the Daily Herald.
“My mouth big, they know that,” Marsdin said.
Contending that his detention was a “witch hunt,” he said he had been attacked unfairly, and threatened to “bus’ the pot” on the layers of corruption that he said had infiltrated the Justice system over the years.
“The [Prosecutor’s Office] covered up robberies when the Marechaussees were here,” Marsdin said, listing several alleged wrongdoings that reflected his accusations of corruption. “I can prove it,” he said, adding that he had hard evidence to defend his statements.
I thought it was his duty to uphold the law, by his own admission he has knowledge of crimes and has withheld from reporting them. For how long I wonder? Go ahead Marsden, ' Bus the Pot' and hand over that hard evidence to the relevant authorities, as it is your sworn duty to do, as the law abidding clean cop you proclaim yourself to be. Isn't withholding evidence of a crime also a crime? Is it not more of a crime if the person withholding it is a police officer?

Marsdin detained, released; says, ‘I did nothing wrong’ - 13th March 2008
