Another Chief down

On Wednesday March 12th, another one of the Police top brass was arrested. Mr. Alfred Churchill Marsden, a top cop who has held many positions in the Neth Antilles Police force has been arrested in connection with Immigration matters. Mr Marsden was at one time a beat cop in Aruba a detective as well as head of Internal Police Affairs, and chief of Immigrations in St.Maarten
This is an ongoing operation to rid the Police force of wrong doers. Mr Marsden has been on a watch list for a while. He was transfered from the Julianna International Airport as chief immigration Officer to a desk job at the Simpsonbay Police station and replace by inspector Mr Julliete.
Mr Masden is also a avid gambler who know his way around a poker table- he was also a candidate on the National Alliance List of candidates vying for a spot in the Island Council.
More chips will fall as the Dutch ties good governace to St.Maarten's new status request
