Hady, Anon brought up a relevant point when he pointed to lawyer R. Zwanniken who's wife was driving drunk, he sitting next to her and she slapping a police officer. To make matters worse she then is hauled into the police station kicking and hitting police officers.
But, I think the case with Kurt R is different as this was not his first drunk driving and verbally assaulting officers on the scene. Indeed Kurt needs mandatory AA treatment. He is a government official in a very high position. Such is not the case with lawyer Z and his wife. Kurt is also the same individual that had charges brought against him some years ago by a young Dutch man who claimed that Kurt tried to rape him or raped him. Kurt spent time in jail for this. So he should have learned his lesson that his position is crucial in society and he should not have frequent run ins with the law as this gives our government officials a very bad name.
