Thank you Hady

Thank you Hady for this blog, I thought it was only me that was dumbfounded by such a stupid report in the Daily Herald.
The reporters are just copying what Roy Marlin says in his weekly served up bullshit to the press EXCO briefings.
SMN news had a great report some time ago on the problems with GEBE, Aquadesign and Airfin. A water plant was found at the Cupecoy Village supplying water to La Samanna which is located on the French side, did you miss this report Hady? Roy says he has heard about it but does not know much.
So, many communities suffering from low water pressure, many go without water for days only to find out we have a water plant pumping water over to the French side.
We also have to be explained how the high price of buying water from French SXM will affect us the consumer, Roy says it will not.... so does he expect GEBE to absorb this cost without passing it on to the consumer?
From several reports this has already reached the 1 million dollars this year already. Roy Marlin originally said that Air Fin would be ready by December, now we are hearing that Air Fin is nowhere near being ready as the location chosen in the Lowlands is not the ideal location to set up such a plant to feed the rest of the Dutch side.
GEBE people are saying it is difficult to set pipes and infrastructure in place from this location. Reports are that Willem Barendson will use this location as he received it for free or at a very low cost.
The IWACO report clearly states that a new plant should have been built in Point Blanche, something that Government and Roy Marlin does not care about as they don't follow guidlines from reports and advice made for government anyways.
Make one wonder why they commission reports in the first place and why the Dutch Government pays to have reports made if they know that the local government will not follow advice given to them.
Roy Marlins speech about Aqua Design supplying the small amount of water as it will provide Air Fin with a breathing space in January, makes me wonder if Air Fin will be ready in January as well.
Everyone knows that the construction sector goes on vacation during the Christmas holidays and I would think that the contractors and sub contractors who are working on the supply infrastructure from the Lowlands to the rest of the Dutch side will be off on vacation as well.
