We pay road tax for what exactly? I would just love it if ever tourist writes a letter to the tourist office to complain about the state of the roads, that will move governments ass I guess right?
They don't listen to residents and the direct road tax payers but they will listen to tourists who are having their vacation spoilt by fixing flat tires and sitting in long lines of traffic.
Or maybe come January every resident of SXM should just refuse to pay the road tax untill the roads and potholes are fixed.
Sure we will all get fines, we should all go to court and ask the judge to deal with this issue as a one large courtcase, road tax payers against government who do not live up to it's obligation.
