St. Maarten Private Eye

Well I have to admit Gerard, those little warning signs would have saved me a lot . Saturday evening on my way to my dear friend Leroy's daughter 's wedding at Westin , my car fell in a huge deep hole . My tire was ripped , the rim (nice alloy) was broken . I had to get out , in the pouring rain , put the spare on and get soaked to the bones.
I missed the wedding, had to spend $ 85 .00 for a new tire. ($ 90. with tip ).And my only good pair of trousers ruined .
I'm going to see with Leroy if he can get Theo to foot the bill.
But after all , I think I was lucky : That hole was so deep , I could have drowned.
