WOW,it took 3 years to present from these"Experts" this report.
To find out what everybody know already!!!
Is New that Sint Maarten is a transhipping point for drugs with final destination USA or Europe mainly Holland(Where demand is increasingly high!)???
If they find out that Casinos are Money Laundry Businesses and they "HAVE" proofs, why the competent authorities dont make any arrests??
This Report it look more to me an other way(Dutch way) to say;
Sint Maarten is not ready to be on his own,NEED HIGHER SUPERVISION.
The timing is very suspicious(IMHO)
