From what I read I think Emil Lee is quite right in expressing concern and caution, the global financial markets are unstable and shaky, in particular the US housing market market. This may not only affect our tourism numbers but most likely the many developments taking place on the island. How sad.
The Daily Herald trumpets it's support for a road across the lagoon yet again, interestingly though there is no mention of the 'public' transport system, a vital part of our infrastructure that is 40 years behind the times.
