Somehow it slipped past us, but I just found this page posted by some using the id UNHRC.
¨Police Station Unlawfull Detention ; United Nations To Sue Government
It gives no link or date of a non compliance notice, I suspect it is wishful thinking on behalf of the poster. Does anyone know anything more about it. Either way, the information contained is very interesting and important, clearly SXM fails on so many points.
