Loor gets to eat out??

Pointe Blanche:- Information reaching SMN News indicates that detained police commissioner Marcel Loor is receiving privileged treatment as he was seen eating at a local restaurant yesterday morning.
Concerned citizens called this media house claiming that the Police Commissioner who is in custody at the Pointe Blanche Prison is receiving special treatment because he was taken to a restaurant to eat about 10 am yesterday morning. The concerned citizens provided the name of the restaurant that is located on Pointe Blanche Road.
Federal detectives who are on the island conducting the investigations surrounding the detained police commissioner do have offices outside of the police station and prosecutor’s office and they did meet with Marcel Loor yesterday morning as they continue the interrogation.
SMN News understands that Loor was picked up from the prison facility before having his breakfast and the investigators took him to the closest restaurant to eat.
Loor has been detained since June 19th 2007 and is charged with money laundering, forging of immigration documents and accepting of bribes.
Chief Prosecutor Taco Stein when contacted for a comment dismissed the statements saying that the detained Police Commissioner did not eat at any restaurant. Stein said that Loor was with the federal detectives near a restaurant and the people he said jumped to the wrong conclusions.
