My apologies for pulling a "Lazurus" on this story but...
I just watched the video at liveleak and this wasn't even close to being any kind of disaster.
The inbound 747 had the power up, the gear retracted and was climbing out (away from the axis of the runway) before the 747 taking off even broke ground.
Not Even Close...
