Remax (Peyton) is putting up the rest of the valley behind Westin for sale. I wonder if he took the devaluation of these properties into account when he made his deal with Westin. The sewage plant smell and noise from the resort's airconditioners goes right the way up this valley. $9 million to have Westin as your neightbor, too funny.

Lets watch how long these pieces of property sits on the market and I expect the price to come slowly tumbling down. Of course, some fool may come along....
