Stiil not a bad idea and an inscription large enough for everyone to see with a quote from Mahatma Gandhi (1869-1948) " A Nation and its People are judged by the way they treat their animals" Perhaps then our Government would have to live up to those standards and realize that we need aqn Animal Shelter and Learning Center, as we are the only Island in the Caribbean without one. Shame,shame
