While It is nice, to erect a statue for that dog, that someone throw away. Government do nothing for our youths that are now on Marijuana, the fire victims government did not help them, Do you think in your wildest dreams that Government will erect a statue of that dog... On a round about they cannot even finsh because of Court battles ( that round about is an Eye Sore)
