Wow, maybe you should take a course in reading newspapers. Antillean NV's are notoriously shady, just in case you didn't know. And yes, some of them are above board, but most of them have a bad name or the people who set them up have something to hide. Don't you think it would be nice if the government did business with companies who are at least registered here ? Air Fin claim this in the very contract they are about to sign, but when I looked into it, it turned out they are not registered at all.
