The point of my article in Today is that Air-Fin is not a registered company on St. Maarten. And YES, I've heard about trust companies and all the nice little blind alleys they provide, thank you very much. I was not born yesterday.
While you dig into the contract, and I may do that as well, I chose to first scrutinize the company. Who are they? And who are their shareholders? Does MB Management have a majority stake? Who else has a stake in that firm? By the looks of it, Air-Fin is not a technology company capable of water production, but an investment vehicle with a managing director who has a track record in reverse osmosis. There is as far as I know, no organization, no personnel, nothing. Only a name. Air-Fin, as you may have guessed, stands for Air Finance (go figure) and all there is at the moment is safely described in the first part of the name. Air.
To be continued, also in Today.
