&lt;p&gt;Since a woman died after hitting a big pot hole, we all know that pot holes can be lethal. Only government does not know yet. In the last few weeks a lot of pot holes emerged again, ranging from category 1 till category 5. They are extra dangerous when it has rained, because then they become invisible. Here is my advice to Theo, commissioner of pot holes.&lt;/p&gt;
